Lucid Lash Studio Policies
Deposits:
Deposits made to Lucid Lash Studio are non-refundable. The deposit will go towards the total cost of your service and the remaining amount is due at your appointment with cash, card, zelle, apple pay, venmo, or cashapp. The deposit can be transferred if you must reschedule but it cannot be refunded (rescheduling must be done with 24 hour notice to apply).
Cancelling / Rescheduling:
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum notice of 24 hours must be given (reschedule/cancel in the confirmation email, text/voicemail to 407-285-9790, or Instagram DM @lucid.lashstudio). Deposits paid are non-refundable. No-call No-shows will be charged the full appointment balance, with no exceptions, and may be banned from booking again.
Arriving Late:
Please arrive at your appointment on time -- after 15 minutes of being late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be marked as a “no show”. If you are a “no show” you will be charged the full remaining balance of your service.
Lash Fills:
To be eligible for a lash fill you must have more than 50% of lash extensions remaining. Otherwise, you should book for a full set! Anything past 3 weeks, or 21 days, of your last appointment is considered a full set, not a fill.
Come with Clean Lashes:
Please come in with no eye makeup or oil based products on/around your eyes and lashes. Dirty lashes (mascara, strip lash glue residue, sweat and oil buildup, etc.) can result in poor retention.
Guests:
Please refrain from bringing any guests so that we can finish on time. Absolutely no pets or children under the age of 8.
Suggestion:
Refrain from consuming caffeine prior to your appointment to avoid jitters and twitching in your eyelids. Come ready to relax! If you want to bring a comfy blanket or jacket I welcome that!
